2 medium heads garlic
16 ounces softened cream cheese
3.5 ounces goat cheese
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon thyme
Heat oven to 400°F. Cut tops of garlic heads to expose cloves. Place in small baking pan and bake 45 minutes till very tender. Remove from pan and cool completely. Squeeze garlic into small bowl and mash with fork. Beat cheeses together till smooth. Stir in garlic and thyme. Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight. Serve with fresh vegetables.
