Parsley Pesto

3 cups packed fresh parsley sprigs
1 cup blanched almonds
2-3 minced cloves garlic
1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Process or blend first 3 ingredients together till finely chopped. Stir in cheese and butter. Serve with spaghetti, adding salt and pepper to taste and tossing to coat.
