9 ounces frozen French cut green beans
OR
8 ounces fresh green beans
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cut fresh beans into 2 inch pieces. Bring small amount of water to boil in saucepan. Add fresh beans, cover and cook 20 minutes till crisp-tender. If using frozen beans, cook as directed on package. Drain and keep warm. Heat butter in small skillet till melted. Add nuts and cook till golden. Remove from heat and stir in juice. Stir mixture into beans.
