12 ounces frozen cauliflower florets
1 medium white potato, peeled, cut into chunks
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Put cauliflower and potatoes into saucepan and cover with water. Bring to boil. Cover and boil 8-10 minutes till tender. Drain and return to pot. Add remaining ingredients and mash till smooth.
