4 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon grated lime zest
1 minced clove garlic
6 fresh ears corn on the cob
Combine first 4 ingredients, wrap in waxed paper and freeze till firm. Remove outer husk from corn and snip silk from tops. Line microwave oven with paper towels and place corn on towels. Cover with another layer of towels. Cook on high 5 minutes. Rotate corn 90 degrees and cook on high 5 minutes longer till tender. Carefully remove silk and husk and serve with cilantro butter.
