1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 1/4 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
2 cups Velveeta
5 (15.5 ounce each) cans yellow hominy, drained
paprika
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour till smooth. Gradually add milk, seasoned salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes till thickened. Stir in cheese till melted. Place hominy in prepared dish. Pour cheese sauce over. Bake uncovered 25 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and bake 10 minutes longer till heated through.
