1 medium head green cabbage
1 cup red cabbage
ice water
4 stalks finely chopped celery
1 shredded carrot
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
dash black pepper
Shred cabbages. Cover with ice water and chill 1 hour. Drain thoroughly. Toss together cabbage, celery and carrot. Mix together remaining ingredients. Toss dressing with cabbage mixture and chill before serving.
